In line with the motto “maintain instead of repair”, we offer our customers comprehensive services and optimal spare parts supply. Our customers already know: downtimes and avoidable repairs lead to high costs. We know our machines the best. We can therefore define the optimal setting together with our customers to ensure smooth operation.

eurapack is the sole service partner for bornbinder® machines. Original bornbinder® spare parts can be obtained exclusively from eurapack.

Excellent service from eurapack as a result of digitised after-market service processes

High-quality services in the area of after-sales enable smooth and low-cost operation of our customers’ systems. In the year 2015, eurapack decided to digitise all processes in the area of Service. This makes us a pioneer in our industry sector. For our customers, this generates a number of specific advantages:

  • Full integration in our ERP system – all the relevant information is available to the eurapack service technician: customer data, equipment, drawings, information on past deployments, manuals, tips for troubleshooting
  • Our customers add their digital signature to the report and evaluate service quality
  • Standardised checklists enable quality assurance at the highest level
  • Each deployment is documented with pictures, notes and attachments
  • All information regarding the deployment is available to the customer

Service at eurapack is systematic

A service deployment by eurapack is systematic. First of all, our experienced service technicians examine your installation very closely. On the basis of digital checklists, it is ensured and documented that all inspection points are completed. Here, communication with those responsible on site is very important to us. Our service technicians listen, explain and advise. Urgently necessary repairs are carried out by the service technician; original spare parts are installed. To conclude, our service technician discusses the deployment with the customer on the basis of the digital service report. This report is received by the employee responsible at our customer per e-mail. Finally, we plan the next steps with our customers, for example the replacement of other parts or the date for the next maintenance.
