Stretch robots – mobile pallet wrappers

A self-propelled stretch robot is used whenever stationary stretch wrapping of pallets, e.g. by a turntable stretch wrapper or rotary arm stretch wrapper, is not possible. This can be the case if packaged goods are very different sizes, very heavy or if packaging needs to take place in different places. Stretch robots are pallet wrappers for mobile use. The machines are self-propelled and use a sensor wheel and photocells to test the pallets' width and height. The self-propelled stretch robots from eurapack are easy to use – thanks to numerous preprogrammed wrapping programs and almost limitlessly adjustable parameters on the control panel. Our mobile stretch robots are also low maintenance and the sealed battery has a long service life.
  • High flexibility – the stretch robots are self-propelled and easy to transport
  • Very easy and intuitive operation
  • Minimal commissioning and maintenance costs
  • Independent of the weight and size of the pallets
  • Economical use of stretch wrap
  • The stretch robots represent the ideal stretch wrapper solution for smaller companies
  • Film pre-stretching
  • Compressive force adjustment of the film tension at different positions
  • Number of wraps at the bottom/top of the pallet
  • Infinitely variable control of the wrapping speed
  • Adjustable carriage speed
  • Wrapping of the film across the top of the pallet
  • Number of wraps and banding heights
  • Reinforcement wrapping at predefined height
  • Program memory locations
  • Cross wrapping (upwards and downwards, for securing of loading unit)
  • Single wrapping (only upwards or downwards, for dust protection)
  • Top sheet program (upwards and downwards + man. top sheet application, moisture protection)
  • Output range: up to max. 20 pal./hr
  • Min. pallet dimensions: 600 x 600 mm
  • Max. pallet height 2200 mm
  • Min. weight 45 kg

Different film pre-stretching systems

  • FR – film tension by means of electro-magnetic brake
  • PDS – pre-stretching with gear system (150 %, 200 %, 300 %)
  • P3GS – pre-stretching with 3 selectable fixed transmission ratios (0/150/250 %, 0/230/300 %)
  • PVS – pre-stretching with variable dual motor pre-stretching system (0 – 400 %)

Further features available – please discuss this with us.
